Change Your Movement Habits and Get Rid of Back and Joint Pain for Good
Pain isn’t here to torment you—it’s here to warn you that you're doing something wrong, something out of sync with your body's 3D anatomy.
If you want to break free from the vicious cycle of back and joint pain once and for all, there's one crucial question you need to ask yourself:
Am I willing to step out of my comfort zone and start changing my daily movement habits?
I used to think it was common knowledge how to sit, stand, walk, work, talk on the phone, eat, drink, drive a car, or sleep. But my practice as a movement specialist and personal instructor has shown me otherwise. People are damaging their bodies—consciously or unconsciously—through their daily activities.
Many of my clients with back and joint pain are disconnected from their bodies. To them, their body is just a vehicle for getting their head from point A to point B. It's no wonder that, after a while, the body says "enough," and the weakest link breaks down, signaling its distress with pain. What follows is often a cycle of physical therapy that only provides short-term relief.
Only a fool keeps doing things the same way and expects a different result.
What if you could change your daily movement habits and eliminate the root cause of your back and joint pain for good?
It’s time for a change, isn’t it?
In all my private sessions, group classes, and workshops, I teach my clients proper daily and athletic movement habits. Without changing these habits, they cannot expect their problems with back and joint pain to disappear. You have to start listening to your body and gradually heal it through conscious, everyday movement.
So why waste time repeating the same lessons over and over? I decided to use modern technology and have recorded it all for you.
