Thank you for your work and thank Covid that you and your exercises reached me. After childbirth, my diastasis recti didn't fully close and I have a small umbilical hernia. After exercising with you, it started to improve (confirmed by ultrasound). I had a physiotherapist before you, visited her in person, but there were no results. With you, even though I exercise online, I achieve results. I started to perceive my body, I'm beginning to become aware of movements - what's good for my body and what isn't. I realize I often stand, sit, breathe, and walk incorrectly and I'm trying to fix it. It's hard work, especially when you're hunched over a baby all day - nursing, carrying, and so on. But I believe it will become automatic when I give it time and do the movements consciously. Thank you for your work and help.
