School of Movement Habits is an online course developed by Martina Fallerová, a movement specialist with 40 years of experience helping people live pain-free lives. Unlike traditional exercise programs, this course doesn't add workouts to your day — instead, it teaches you how to use your body correctly during the activities you already do: sitting, standing, walking, sleeping, driving, working at a computer, and more. The philosophy is simple but powerful: pain is not here to torment you, but to alert you that something is wrong. The course contains 21 short, focused video lessons (2–10 minutes each) organized into five progressive sections: Sitting (mastering your seated posture from feet to shoulders), Standing & Walking (proper gait mechanics including stairs), Arms & Upper Body (hands, elbows, and phone use), Foundation (breathing and spinal awareness), and Daily Activities (sleeping, getting out of bed, driving, and carrying bags).
